In case you haven’t added your billing information to our platform, please watch a short video tutorial about it and learn more about how billing works here. As you’ll read, we need a credit card on file to process your first orders.
When you submit your first order and we push it to production, you can see the status of your order in our admin panel. If you’re interested in learning more about our production and shipping times, you can do so here.
After a few business days, you’ll receive a notification that your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number for it and you can look forward to receiving your package!
