Our system requires all of our partners to have an account that's secured via a credit card on file. Your credit card is charged at the time of placing the order, and if the billing information is missing, your order will be stuck in Payment Processing status. To push your order into production, you will need to add your billing address and credit card information in your Gooten account.

The required billing information needs to be added under Settings -> Billing:

Once this information has been added, the order will be pushed into production.


One thing to note is that we can extend credit terms to partners based on order volume. Please contact our billing team for questions about obtaining a credit application or approval.
