The order management system in your Gooten Admin is where you can view and manage your orders that come through Gooten. When you click the Orders link in the left side navigation, you’ll see an overview of your recent orders.

Orders can be held for review by the Gooten team if you set up your account to "review first" by clicking Settings » Order Settings in the Admin panel. When you select that option, your orders will automatically go to NeedsManualApproval status and they will be reviewed by our support team before being pushed to production. Our support team reviews items such as image clarity, the content material, image wrap issues, cropping etc. If an order does not match the correct specs and will affect the integrity of the image, we will contact you to edit the image.

If your order has been put on hold by someone at Gooten, that is because our support team found something wrong with the image you submitted. The image was either too low quality, submitted with incorrect orientation, were the wrong specs or had the potential of being cut off by the bleed. You should have received an email from our support team with an explanation on why the order is on hold and how to fix it.

If you don’t want our support staff to review your orders, please switch your account to automatic fulfillment and the orders will go into production without being reviewed on our side.
