When a package is returned to the vendor, we will send you a notification in order to verify the shipping address before having it re-shipped to the customer.
If a package is returned to the vendor for any of the reasons below, you would be responsible for the shipping costs:
- Incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided when placing the order
- Unclaimed package (the shipping address is correct)
- If a partner wants to change the address and send the package to a different address from the one provided originally in the order
If a package is returned to the vendor for any other reason, and the shipping address provided when submitting the order is correct, we will cover the costs of the replacement package to the same address.
Please note that if the order is submitted with an incorrect or an incomplete address, and it gets lost in transit, so it doesn't get returned to the manufacturer, we unfortunately can't issue a replacement at no cost.
