What is your refund policy?

In a situation where a customer simply does not like the order, providing a refund would be up to your discretion, and you would be responsible for the replacement charges.

However, if the customer receives a damaged order, the wrong order or there is an issue with the product itself, we can provide a reprint at no charge.

In order to receive a reprint please contact partnersupport@gooten.com with the order number, description of issue and picture of the product. We'll communicate with our vendor and have a reprint submitted ASAP.
